We can assure our customers, that diamonds we use in our jewelry, are supplied by legit sources, which avoid actions that may directly or indirectly finance armed conflict and human rights violations around the world.
The precious and semiprecious stones used by Carelle are carefully selected from the sources that can guarantee their conflict free and legal origins.
Carelle Limited only sources conflict-free gold and gold components, from suppliers who attest that their sourcing practices are in compliance with the Signet SRSP Gold Protocol, including sourcing from refiners active on the LBMA Good Delivery list. Carelle Limited uses 100% recycled gold for jewelry that it manufactures in full.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
Carelle is dedicated to providing a clean, healthy, and safe working environment for its employees.
A goal of Carelle is to create a drug-free environment in the workplace. Alcoholic beverages and controlled and/or illegal drugs or substances and their paraphernalia are prohibited from being brought into the premises and/or from being in an employee's possession while engaging in Carelle’s business. In addition, individuals who are impaired by lawful or illegal drugs and/or alcohol are restricted from reporting to work, coming into the workplace, remaining on the premises or otherwise engaging in Carelle’s business.
Carelle will pay wages at least commensurate with the higher of either the legal minimum wage or the local industry average.
Carelle will promote fair employment of individuals. Carelle will not use sub-contracting, home-working, false apprenticeships, and fixed-term employment contracts to avoid applicable laws and or obligations to employees related to labor and social security.
PROHIBITION OF WORKPLACE HARASSMENT
Workplace harassment, or harassment based on any characteristic prohibited by law (including an employee’s race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, pregnancy, or marital, veteran or disability status) has no place in the work environment, and is strictly prohibited.
PROTECTION AGAINST RETALIATION
Retaliation against an individual for reporting discrimination or harassment, or assisting in providing information relevant to a claim of discrimination or harassment, is a serious violation of the Carelle’s policies and will be treated with the same strict discipline as would the underlying discrimination or harassment itself.
