Shipping

No, currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States and Canada.

A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent via email after your order has shipped. You will receive multiple email acknowledgments if your order results in more than one shipment.

Carelle offers complimentary shipping and returns for all online orders.

Please note that all Carelle pieces are handcrafted at the New York City studio and can take up to three weeks for delivery if not currently in stock.

We do not allow shipments to P.O. boxes. Billing addresses may contain a P.O. box.

Carelle is currently registered to collect sales tax in every state in the U.S. that imposes a sales tax. Sales tax will be automatically applied to your order based on applicable state and local sales tax laws and shipping destination. 

Returns

We accept merchandise in its original condition and with all tags attached within 14 days of the date of delivery. Please carefully follow our return procedure to assure a seamless processing of your request. Special order items and custom engraved items are nonrefundable.
